TPNS offers a variety of enrichment opportunities after school. During the school day, children participate in specials each month such as Fun Fitness with Mr. Mac and Music class with Miss Emily. They also attend Science with Miss Marianne each week during the school day. After school, our staff designs enrichment activities based on student and staff interest. Some enrichment offerings have included Gardening, Story Time, Beading, Baking, Art class, Tae Kwon Do and Soccer. These activities take place after school dismisses and run for 30-60 minutes.
Stay & Play is also offered each day after school. Stay & Play is an extension of the child’s day and dismissal is at 2pm. The children play indoors and on the playground, depending on the weather and it is run by TPNS teachers. There is also a drop-in option if children would like to try it out or if a family has an emergency or one day need for a later dismissal.
